Real Estate Owner and Manager of Residential and Commercial Properties in Manhattan is seeking an experienced,detail oriented,energetic Accounts Payable Associate with Real Estate Experience. Must possess working knowledge of Yardi Voyager System
Job Description and Responsibilities:
*Payment of Vendor invoices both bi-monthly and daily check requests
*Sort and match invoices and check requests
*Coding of Invoices
*Vendor file maintenance
*Analyze,investigate and correct accounting entries as needed
*Bank Reconciliations
Must be detail oriented,strong organizational,excel,word and internet skills
Reports to Controller
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years related experience
* Associate Degree A Plus
* Self motivated,detail orientated,works well within a team
